B'nai Tikvah's Memorial Tablets

The following information is needed to prepare a memorial name plate:
Name of the loved one, in English and Hebrew.
Date of passing in English and Hebrew.

To add the name of a loved one to our Memorial Tablets, please call Rabbi Bruce Adler at (513)336-6233 or fill in the form and and payment ($250) and he will be in touch to finalize the inscription.

B'nai Tikvah's Tree of Life

On our Tree of Life there are leaves which can be engraved with the name(s) of an individual, couple or family - to honor, appreciate or celebrate them or an event.

THE JACOBS FAMILY
In honor of the birth of our grandchild, Jack Jacobs
Mazal Tov to Jack Jacobs
In appreciation of Jack Jacobs
